VOX ORION FAX SOLUTION PRODUCTS
1. FS Profax
i. Profax Inbound - a unique 0866 fax number is issued to each user so that incoming faxes are delivered directly to their email address as an attachment.
ii. Profax Outbound - a centrally hosted RightFax™ platform that enables the user to send faxes directly via Outlook or the Web, thus providing RightFax features and benefits (efficiency, reliability, security) without the capital outlay required to purchase a RightFax server.
FS has a web utility allows users to monitor their faxes (inbound and outbound) directly on line with full reporting and audits available for the users and administrators.
2. FS Bureau
A full outsourced faxing service where Vox Orion sends out bulk faxes on behalf of our customers. The lists may be in Excel or CSV format and the message may be any standard file format, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, TIF, PDF etc. A delivery report is sent to the customer the following day.
3. FS On-Site
For larger sites (typically >30000 faxes per month), Vox Orion installs a RightFax server at the customer’s site. This provides inbound and outbound faxing access to all staff from their desktops and allows for integration to mainframes and servers for production faxing. It also allows all Multi Function Printers (MFPs) to be connected so that all faxing in the business is controlled centrally for cost saving, security and auditing purposes.
4. FS Vbill
Vbill is effectively Least Cost Routing for faxing and is an exciting new offering from Vox Orion, allowing corporates to significantly reduce the cost of faxing by routing via the Vox Telecom network. Instead of being delivered directly through the Telco lines, faxes are re-routed via IP to our high availability RightFax hosted infrastructure and from there via the lowest cost to the destination. Customers may subscribe to Vbill as a service for existing RightFax installations or as an enhancement to a new FS OnSite service.
There are 3 primary areas where costs can be driven down:
i. Email to Fax - While it is free to receive a fax as an email attachment on an “086” number, the sender pays a premium of R2.02 per minute. Because of this, companies are now paying a large and growing premium for faxing to these numbers. Vox Orion can save up to 50% of this cost by re-routing the faxes "on-net" on our fax core network.
ii. Production Faxing - automated faxes such as purchase orders, contracts, invoices sent from back-end core systems such as ERP, CRM and others.
iii. Multi Function Printers (MFP’s) – are a major source of abuse from a cost and security viewpoint as they are generally connected directly to the Telco via an analogue line. By networking them directly to the OnSite RightFax server, all faxes can be managed in a central database with archiving, reporting and auditing.
